Oracle Data Cloud sells data about consumers’ browing habits to marketers and advertisers. They host and attend annual events and often need memorable shirt designs to hand out to employees and business prospects.
Hackathon is an annual internal off-site company event that originally started as a team-building forum for software developers. The event centers on interactive games and exercises that bridge creative and technical skills, and due to its popularity, the company made it accessible to all employees rather than only technical staff.
Attendees report having meaningful bonding experiences with their colleagues, and commemorative shirts for the event are hot commodities among employees. ODC chose my shirt design for Hackathon 2018. From a neuro-biological perspective, technical and creative skillsets are associated with left- and right-brain thinking, respectively. My shirt design evokes that concept and highlights the event’s inclusive duality.
